I guide you to reconnect with your inner world through evidence-based mindfulness.

I spent a lot of my life trying to find happiness.

Several years ago, I was struggling with persistent mental health challenges.
I spent over a decade trying different forms of therapy, but unfortunately, they all felt like temporary fixes.

 

In an attempt to feel better, I decided one day to 'try harder'. I dove into self-help, trying to care for myself in every way I knew how to. I found a stable job at a prestigious institution. I read many non-fiction books and listened to various podcasts. I went to yoga, spent time with friends, kept myself “busy and balanced.”
 

But I still felt something was missing. On the outside, I was a highly functioning person, but on the inside, I felt so empty.

Until I found mindfulness, which completely transformed my life. I felt as if there was a whole new way of living for me that brought a lot more colour, calm and compassion into my life.

Mindfulness helped me to realise that I didn't need to 'find happiness' or 'find peace' or 'find purpose'. This whole time I was chasing it, it was right here waiting for me. It wasn't a destination I needed to get to, it was a journey I was able to experience right now.

What I do:

My work is in guiding those who have achieved the external labels (career, goals, achievements) and are now ready to slow down and reconnect with who they are beneath it all.

Through meditation, mindfulness and practical evidence-based tools, I show you how to move from:

 

  • Autopilot → Awareness

  • Emotional avoidance → Emotional fluency

  • Doing → Being

  • Performance → Presence

It is not about a state of constant bliss, but a way of being that feels more intentional, more connected and more fully lived. If that is what you are longing for, just like I did, I'd love to walk that path with you.

I completed a month-long of Issie's mindfulness sessions, and it has been a profoundly life-changing experience. The sessions offered a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness and meditation, providing tools to cultivate inner peace and calm amidst life’s chaos. The session's focus on self-awareness, stress relief, and emotional well-being helped me develop a deeper understanding of myself and my emotions.
